Which MAP sensor and EGT probes can I use with Innovate LM-2 / TC-4?

For MAP we often use the AEM 50 PSIa (3.5 bar) stainless sensor kit 30-2130-50 connected to an analog input. The AEM K-type closed-tip thermocouple is a compatible, lower-cost EGT probe for the Innovate TC-4. NTC temperature sensors can be read on an analog input, but you need to add a resistor (voltage divider) so the sensor gives a voltage signal. If a signal can swing negative, add a diode on the input so only positive values are read.
