Shipping Terms & Conditions

We will ship all orders above 150 € for FREE* !!! You can see the free shipping policy in detail below. Even if the shipment is not free we will give you the best price possible.

GENERAL INFORMATION

We ship orders out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, for items in stock we usually process and ship them the same day if the order is placed before 1pm local time otherwise they will be shipped the next business day. For orders placed with Courier Service before 7pm local time, they will also be shipped the same business day. In any case if the dispatch time is different than the usual, you will be notified via email or via phone. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description.

In case your order is not in stock we will give you an estimated shipping time by a follow-up email.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information. When your order gets a tracking number you will receive an SMS with the tracking number (only if you entered your mobile phone when you registered). 

As a shipping service we use the global postal service network. We ship all orders with a tracking number and signed for. For customers that need their parts urgently we offer UPS and DHL Courier Service. UPS and DHL are using their global network to deliver on time for your needs the products ordered. This service is optional and it comes with an extra charge.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT

All items with a value of more than 50€ are shipped signature required if possible; please plan accordingly. Please contact us as soon as possible and be sure to include your order number (Transaction ID). Please note that, in this case, you will be accepting responsibility if anything were to happen to the package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We do ship internationally.

There are a few things to be aware of, however: you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.

BACKORDERS

If you have backordered items in your cart at checkout, those items will not be shipped to you until the item(s) are in stock and available to ship. During the checkout process, you will be able to select if you want all of your items to be shipped together or separate. You will be able to see expected ship dates for backordered items, but these dates are subject to change. You will not be charged additional freight for backordered items that do not ship with your original order.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are determined by the merchandise total of the order and the selected carrier service.  Shipping charges vary depending on the package size, weight, destination and shipping method.

International Shipping: Rates are calculated based on a number of factors, including desired service level, the weight of the item, and the cost of shipping and handling to the destination country/region. Want to check shipping charges before making a purchase? Add items to your cart and click the "check out" button. Don't worry, you will not be charged for an order until you submit your credit card information!

DELIVERY TIMES

Depending on the shipping method you choose the delivery time varies. We can guaranty the dispatch time but the delivery date depends on the shipping method you choose. Racedom is not responsible for a possible delay on delivery. 

 

RETURN POLICY

GENERAL INFORMATION

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction but due to the nature of our products, it is common that the customer's expectations might not fulfill because of the lack of the physical contact with the purchased item or due to technical specifications. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Racedom within 30 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. All items should be returned with a valid Racedom RMA number that you must ask prior to the shipping of the product. RETURN OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We would like our customers to feel more secure when buying online. Thus, we offer the option to our customers to return even non defective products. Especially, for the 30 first calendar days from the date you received your order, the customer may return the product for exchange or refund.

The returned product should be in the same condition in which it was delivered. Specifically,the returned product must not have been opened (except for the test of course), be scratched, broken, painted or packed intact. The item must have its original box. The customer must bare the delivery cost of the return of the product/order. The return of a non-defective product can only be done once.

If a similar product is not available,the amount of the purchase of the product is credited to the client. This credit balance can be used in any new order for the customer wishes. The customer may request a refund for the amount credited. All claims do not include delivery costs (to and from the client).

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT FOR WARRANTY

Racedom will repair or replace a defective product within the first two years from the date you purchased your product for free. The shipping fees for returning the item are paid by the customer and the cost for resending the item back to the customer is paid by Racedom. In case the product is out of the warranty period Racedom charges inspection fees 45 €.

ORDER CANCELLATION

In case you want to cancel your order, please keep in mind that the cancellation will be accepted within 2 hour of the order completion. Beyond that point no cancellation will be accepted.

REFUNDS & CREDITS

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before ~10 business days after the date of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. Purchases that were processed with currency other than € will be refunded with the current exchange rate. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund shows in your account. There is often some processing time before a refund is shown up.

RESTOCK OPTION

Racedom offers “restock option” to the clients who have purchased the product more than 30 days ago and they are not satisfied with it. Please refer to our customer support team for more information.

Notes

  • Did you forget your RMA Number or did you ship the item back to us without it? There is nothing to worry about. Please contact us and tell us about your case. This will not affect the warranty of the product or the refund.
  • Items that cover on warranty will be send back to manufacturer for inspection and replacement. The replacement time is up to the manufacturer.
  • If a product is not complying with this return policy document, it would be written on its article clearly.
