What is the resistance of MSD spark plug wires? Will they cause interference?

MSD Super Conductor wire has very low resistance, about 40 ohms per 30 cm (so it varies with the length of each wire), and its spiral core suppresses electromagnetic interference. MSD boots are grey silicone; the wire is available in red or black.
