What is the difference between the RX-8 MSD Smart Coil kit and the RX-8 AEM ignition kit? Which is better for a bridgeport or turbo engine?

Both kits are plug and play and both are designed to upgrade the RX-8 ignition. The MSD kit gives a slightly stronger spark, which helps more on a turbocharged or heavily modified (e.g. bridgeport) engine. A mounting kit is available for both.
