My new ignition coil stopped working after a while. What installation mistake should I check?
A common cause is an incorrectly installed coil connector. Before plugging in, look closely at the connector pins: they should all look identical, straight and in good shape, and be fully seated. A loose or damaged pin causes a bad connection that can make the coil overheat and fail.
