I need an E85-compatible replacement for a Bosch in-tank pump (e.g. Bosch 0 580 453 604, 38 mm diameter) on a 5.7 V8 (~320 hp). Which pump fits?

Pump body diameter matters: for example, the DW200 is about 39.5 mm and will not fit a module designed for the 38 mm Bosch pump. For this application the DeatschWerks 9-651 series (E85 compatible, with enough flow for the engine) or the AEM 50-1220 E85 pump are the right choices, depending on engine power.
