Weight: 12.5oz (354grams), Outside Diameter: 39mm OD, External Materials: Black plated steel with laser etching, green end caps, Inlet Fitting: 7.7mm ID, 11.0mm OD, Outlet Fitting: 8 mm hose clamp, PRV Activation: 80 PSI, Impeller Design: Single Scroll Ceramic Turbine.
Will the AEM in-tank fuel pump fit my car (e.g. Audi S4 B5, A4 B7 2.0 TFSI)?
In general yes. The AEM high flow in-tank pumps are universal and fit most factory pump assemblies. We recommend showing the pump to the technician who will install it, as they will see immediately whether it fits your pump module. There are some cases, such as certain 4x4 vehicles with saddle tanks, where it cannot be used. We usually sugest DW solutions. Ask our team for more details.
I need an E85-compatible replacement for a Bosch in-tank pump (e.g. Bosch 0 580 453 604, 38 mm diameter) on a 5.7 V8 (~320 hp). Which pump fits?
Pump body diameter matters: for example, the DW200 is about 39.5 mm and will not fit a module designed for the 38 mm Bosch pump. For this application the DeatschWerks 9-651 series (E85 compatible, with enough flow for the engine) or the AEM 50-1220 E85 pump are the right choices, depending on engine power. Send us the length, diameter, inlet/outlet sizes and a photo of your original pump and we will confirm the fit.
