Der Dual Port ist ein 50-50-Umlauf-/Ventil zur Atmosphäre für den klassischen Sound zur Atmosphäre bei hohem Ladedruck und leisem Betrieb bei niedrigem Ladedruck.
Das Kompact Shortie Blow-Off-Ventil für den Focus RS wurde mit dem hohen Ladedruck des Focus im Hinterkopf entwickelt, mit dem Ziel, Leistung und Haltbarkeit zu verbessern. Kunststoff-OEM-Blow-Off-Ventile wie diejenigen beim RS haben eine Erfolgsbilanz von Ausfällen - sie lecken und werden mit zunehmendem Alter spröde, bis sie schließlich brechen und ernsthafte Probleme verursachen. Mit einem Ladedruck von etwa 23 PSI in serienmäßiger Form stößt der Focus bereits an die Grenzen seines serienmäßigen Kunststoff-Blow-Off-Ventils - und es gibt nicht viel Spielraum, um den Ladedruck zu erhöhen, bevor das serienmäßige Ventil Schwierigkeiten hat, Schritt zu halten.
Turbosmart's Kompact Shortie besteht aus Aluminium, anstatt aus Kunststoff. Sein Messingkolben ist sowohl stark als auch leicht, und jede BOV ist individuell mit dem richtigen Kolben abgestimmt, um die beste Passform zu gewährleisten, was bedeutet, dass kein O-Ring benötigt wird, um den Körper gegen den Kolben abzudichten. Der Kompact Shortie für den Focus RS ist sowohl als Dual Port als auch als Plumb Back Version erhältlich. Der Plumb Back ist ein vollständig umlaufendes Blow-Off-Ventil, das ein ähnliches Schallvolumen wie das Standardventil bietet. So können Sie die Leistung eines Turbosmart Blow-Off-Ventils nutzen, während Sie unter dem Radar fliegen. Der Dual Port ermöglicht eine geteilte Funktion zwischen Umlauf und Abblasen in die Atmosphäre. Dadurch wird ein leiser Betrieb bei niedrigem Ladedruck und ein beeindruckender Sound beim Abblasen in die Atmosphäre bei hohem Ladedruck gewährleistet - eine großartige Ergänzung zum Rallye-Charakter des Focus. RACEPORT UP TO 2500 HP WITH 50MM PISTON
- An amazingly small and light BOV for forced induction competition level engines. The Race Port has race-proven results from street, strip and circuit. It features our unique collar design, twin 1/8” NPT pressure ports and internal flow structures. It is 50% lighter and 25% smaller than the competition. At the same time, it is flowing 330 CFM – making it the highest flowing BOV of its type on the market.
PROPORT UP TO 3500 HP WITH 54MM PISTON
- ProPort by Turbosmart is a 54mm (2.13in) Blow Off Valve with a tiny footprint and massive flow. The ProPort flows 420 cfm which is enough for 3500 HP and is in a league of its own standing 30mm (1.2in) lower than PowerPort while flowing over 25% more than the Market leading 50mm Raceport.

- The Power Port is Turbosmart’s largest and highest flowing Blow-Off Valve ever. The Power Port’s massive 2.5inc, inlet, unprecedented valve lift, supersized ports and carefully designed CFD flow paths mean it has more than enough breathing room for even the most powerful turbocharged drag racing engines. The PowerPort also benefits from Twin-Port control for advanced staging & boost control strategies and optional on-board position sensor.
