This Turbosmart GenV IWG (Internal Wastegate Actuator) is specifically engineered for the Garrett G25 Series turbochargers. It brings the award-winning technology of Turbosmart’s external wastegates into a compact, bolt-on internal actuator package, offering a massive leap in boost control compared to factory units.

• Twin Port Control: The Twin Port design allows for pressure manipulation on both sides of the diaphragm. This gives you a much wider boost window, meaning you can use a soft base spring for low boost while still being able to hit very high boost levels by forcing the gate shut.

• Modular Spring System: Utilizing Turbosmart’s unique locking collar, you can swap springs in minutes. The kit comes pre-installed with a 14psi setup but includes additional springs (3, 5, and 7 psi) that can be combined to achieve base pressures from 5psi all the way up to 26psi.

• Precision Engineering: Features a Nitronic guide and a Hard Chromed Intermediate Rod for maximum reliability. The proprietary swivel joint ensures completely linear actuation, preventing the rod from binding even under extreme heat.
