The award-winning Kompact EM series Blow-Off Valves, are the world’s first truly plug and play Blow-Off Valves. Simply unplug and unbolt your OEM Blow-Off Valve, and install ours in its place. No adapters, hoses or extra assembly required. All this while retaining complete OE control of the BOV’s operation.
Turbocharger performance is increased due to minimising leakage, rapid response, coupled with superior thermal performance thanks to our world-leading engineering and simulation abilities.
A must-have for hybrid or larger flowing turbos that utilise OE electronic diverter valve by not leaking, the EM will achieve target boost without stressing the turbo charger and wastegate

BOV5 UP TO 800 HP WITH 38MM PISTON
- Designed for high flow and performance. The BOV5 from Turbosmart is well suited for both street and race vehicles. Designed around a 38mm Piston and using our unique boost-balance technology. There’s no amount of boost that will escape this proven classic. The BOV5 line incorporates clever modular design, precision machining and assembly—all Australian made by hand and tested before shipping.
BIG BUBBA UP TO 1500 HP WITH 50MM PISTON
- The Big Bubba is our largest piston style Blow-Off Valve. Designed for large capacity supercharged and turbocharged engines, including turbo-diesels. The Big Bubba range features precision engineering, bigger inlet and outlet ports, hard anodised and lightweight aluminium pistons. It also comes with a solid v-band mounting system.
RACEPORT UP TO 2500 HP WITH 50MM PISTON
- An amazingly small and light BOV for forced induction competition level engines. The Race Port has race-proven results from street, strip and circuit. It features our unique collar design, twin 1/8” NPT pressure ports and internal flow structures. It is 50% lighter and 25% smaller than the competition. At the same time, it is flowing 330 CFM – making it the highest flowing BOV of its type on the market.
PROPORT UP TO 3500 HP WITH 54MM PISTON
- ProPort by Turbosmart is a 54mm (2.13in) Blow Off Valve with a tiny footprint and massive flow. The ProPort flows 420 cfm which is enough for 3500 HP and is in a league of its own standing 30mm (1.2in) lower than PowerPort while flowing over 25% more than the Market leading 50mm Raceport.
POWERPORT OVER 3000 HP WITH 60MM PISTON
- The Power Port is Turbosmart’s largest and highest flowing Blow-Off Valve ever. The Power Port’s massive 2.5inc, inlet, unprecedented valve lift, supersized ports and carefully designed CFD flow paths mean it has more than enough breathing room for even the most powerful turbocharged drag racing engines. The PowerPort also benefits from Twin-Port control for advanced staging & boost control strategies and optional on-board position sensor.
