LAP TIMING BEACON, TRACKSIDE, INFRARED

Stack Infrared Lap Timing system track side beacon only (ST544). The lap timing beacon is located on the pit wall and powered by a 12 volt supply (not supplied). When the vehicle (which must be fitted with receiver ST543) passes the track side beacon, the lap time is shown in the graphic display with an accuracy of 1/100th of a second.

What is a lap timing beacon?
A lap timing beacon is a trackside infrared system used for timing laps. It is placed on the pit wall and powered by a 12-volt supply. When a vehicle equipped with the corresponding receiver passes the beacon, the lap time is displayed on a graphic screen with an accuracy of 1/100th of a second.
