The Turbosmart CO2 StraightGate76 – 7PSI Black with Inbuilt Solenoids is a high-performance external wastegate designed for CO2 boost control systems. It integrates the "spill" and "fill" control solenoids, as well as the dome pressure sensor, directly into the wastegate cap. This "control-in-cap" design simplifies plumbing and reduces failure points, enhancing system reliability.
Featuring a 76mm butterfly-style zero-offset valve, the StraightGate76 delivers an impressive 723.7 CFM (20.49 m³/min) of flow, ensuring optimal boost control for high-performance applications. The actuator is equipped with a high-pressure Nomex diaphragm, specifically designed to handle the elevated pressure differentials associated with CO2 and compressed air boost control strategies.
Constructed with durable materials, the wastegate boasts a stainless steel (347) main body, stainless steel (630) butterfly and shaft, and stainless steel (N60) linkages and control arm.
