La Dual Port es una válvula de recirculación/ventilación al ambiente 50-50 para ese clásico sonido de ventilación al ambiente a alta presión, y un funcionamiento silencioso a baja presión.
La válvula de descarga Kompact Shortie para el Focus RS ha sido desarrollada teniendo en cuenta la alta presión de impulso del Focus, con el objetivo de mejorar el rendimiento y la durabilidad. Las válvulas de descarga de plástico OEM, como las del RS, tienen un historial de fallos: pierden aire y se vuelven frágiles con el tiempo hasta que finalmente se agrietan, causando problemas graves. Con una presión de impulso de alrededor de 23 PSI en su forma estándar, el Focus ya está empujando los límites de su válvula de descarga de plástico estándar, y no hay mucho margen para aumentar la presión antes de que la válvula estándar tenga dificultades para mantenerse al día.
El Kompact Shortie de Turbosmart está construido de aluminio macizo, en lugar de plástico. Su pistón de latón es fuerte y ligero, y cada válvula de descarga se combina individualmente con el pistón adecuado para garantizar el mejor ajuste, lo que significa que no es necesario un anillo en O para sellar el cuerpo contra el pistón. Esto le brinda al Shortie una durabilidad y capacidad de respuesta inigualables, con menos mantenimiento requerido que las válvulas de descarga de posventa que utilizan anillos en O para sellar el pistón.
El Kompact Shortie para el Focus RS está disponible en versiones Dual Port y Plumb Back. El Plumb Back es una válvula de descarga completamente recirculante que ofrece un volumen de sonido similar a la válvula estándar, para que puedas disfrutar de todo el rendimiento de una válvula de descarga Turbosmart, sin llamar la atención. El Dual Port cuenta con una operación dividida entre recirculación y ventilación hacia la atmósfera, brindando un funcionamiento silencioso a baja presión y un llamativo sonido de ventilación hacia la atmósfera a alta presión, lo cual complementa perfectamente el carácter de luchador de rally del Focus. El Kompact Shortie para el Focus RS cuenta con puertos ampliados en comparación con los Shorties anteriores, brindando al RS el flujo que necesita.
Estas válvulas de alivio de reemplazo directo ofrecen una mejora de rendimiento fácil sin la necesidad de fabricación personalizada o herramientas especiales. Es otra adición a la creciente gama de piezas de Turbosmart para la última gama de vehículos EcoBoost de Ford.

- The Big Bubba is our largest piston style Blow-Off Valve. Designed for large capacity supercharged and turbocharged engines, including turbo-diesels. The Big Bubba range features precision engineering, bigger inlet and outlet ports, hard anodised and lightweight aluminium pistons. It also comes with a solid v-band mounting system.
RACEPORT UP TO 2500 HP WITH 50MM PISTON
- An amazingly small and light BOV for forced induction competition level engines. The Race Port has race-proven results from street, strip and circuit. It features our unique collar design, twin 1/8” NPT pressure ports and internal flow structures. It is 50% lighter and 25% smaller than the competition. At the same time, it is flowing 330 CFM – making it the highest flowing BOV of its type on the market.
PROPORT UP TO 3500 HP WITH 54MM PISTON
- ProPort by Turbosmart is a 54mm (2.13in) Blow Off Valve with a tiny footprint and massive flow. The ProPort flows 420 cfm which is enough for 3500 HP and is in a league of its own standing 30mm (1.2in) lower than PowerPort while flowing over 25% more than the Market leading 50mm Raceport.

- The Power Port is Turbosmart’s largest and highest flowing Blow-Off Valve ever. The Power Port’s massive 2.5inc, inlet, unprecedented valve lift, supersized ports and carefully designed CFD flow paths mean it has more than enough breathing room for even the most powerful turbocharged drag racing engines. The PowerPort also benefits from Twin-Port control for advanced staging & boost control strategies and optional on-board position sensor.
