Turbosmart BOV Kompact Dual Port Ford Focus RS 2016 2.3L Ecoboost
Il Dual Port è una valvola di ricircolo/ventilazione verso l'atmosfera al 50-50, per ottenere quel classico suono di ventilazione verso l'atmosfera ad alta pressione, e un funzionamento silenzioso a bassa pressione.
La valvola di sfiato Kompact Shortie per la Focus RS è stata sviluppata tenendo presente l'elevata pressione di sovralimentazione della Focus, con l'obiettivo di migliorare le prestazioni e la durata. Le valvole di sfiato in plastica OEM come quelle della RS hanno un precedente di guasti: perdono, diventano fragili con il tempo fino a creparsi, causando seri problemi. Con una pressione di sovralimentazione di circa 23 PSI nella forma standard, la Focus sta già spingendo i limiti della sua valvola di sfiato in plastica standard, e non c'è molto margine per aumentare la pressione prima che la valvola standard fatica a tenere il passo.
Il Kompact Shortie di Turbosmart è costruito in alluminio lavorato dal pieno, anziché in plastica. Il suo pistone in ottone è sia resistente che leggero, e ogni BOV è abbinato individualmente al pistone giusto per garantire la migliore adattabilità, il che significa che non c'è bisogno di una guarnizione a O per sigillare il corpo contro il pistone. Ciò conferisce al Shortie una durata e una reattività senza pari, con meno manutenzione richiesta rispetto alle BOV aftermarket che utilizzano guarnizioni a O per sigillare il pistone.
Il Kompact Shortie per la Focus RS è disponibile sia nelle versioni Dual Port che Plumb Back. Il Plumb Back è una valvola di sfiato completamente ricircolante che offre un volume sonoro simile alla valvola standard, in modo da poter godere di tutte le prestazioni di una valvola di sfiato Turbosmart, passando inosservati. Il Dual Port offre un'operazione divisa tra ricircolazione e sfiato in atmosfera, garantendo un funzionamento silenzioso a bassa pressione e un suono impressionante di sfiato in atmosfera ad alta pressione - un ottimo complemento per il carattere da combattente rally della Focus. Il Kompact Shortie per la Focus RS presenta porti ingranditi rispetto ai modelli Shortie precedenti, garantendo alla RS il flusso di cui ha bisogno.

BIG BUBBA UP TO 1500 HP WITH 50MM PISTON
- The Big Bubba is our largest piston style Blow-Off Valve. Designed for large capacity supercharged and turbocharged engines, including turbo-diesels. The Big Bubba range features precision engineering, bigger inlet and outlet ports, hard anodised and lightweight aluminium pistons. It also comes with a solid v-band mounting system.
RACEPORT UP TO 2500 HP WITH 50MM PISTON
- An amazingly small and light BOV for forced induction competition level engines. The Race Port has race-proven results from street, strip and circuit. It features our unique collar design, twin 1/8” NPT pressure ports and internal flow structures. It is 50% lighter and 25% smaller than the competition. At the same time, it is flowing 330 CFM – making it the highest flowing BOV of its type on the market.
PROPORT UP TO 3500 HP WITH 54MM PISTON
- ProPort by Turbosmart is a 54mm (2.13in) Blow Off Valve with a tiny footprint and massive flow. The ProPort flows 420 cfm which is enough for 3500 HP and is in a league of its own standing 30mm (1.2in) lower than PowerPort while flowing over 25% more than the Market leading 50mm Raceport.
POWERPORT OVER 3000 HP WITH 60MM PISTON
- The Power Port is Turbosmart’s largest and highest flowing Blow-Off Valve ever. The Power Port’s massive 2.5inc, inlet, unprecedented valve lift, supersized ports and carefully designed CFD flow paths mean it has more than enough breathing room for even the most powerful turbocharged drag racing engines. The PowerPort also benefits from Twin-Port control for advanced staging & boost control strategies and optional on-board position sensor.
